The rooms at Palais Tinmel Marrakech are absolutely stunning! They have a charming traditional vibe that makes you feel like you're stepping back in time. The views of the tree-lined patios from our room were so beautiful and peaceful. We loved having a private bathroom with a bath or shower in our room, it was so convenient!
Personally, I found the 17th-century dating of the riad a bit limiting, but others might find it intriguing.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the medina recently and I liked the beautiful architecture and the delicious traditional breakfast they offered. The location was also great, close to local shops and easy to navigate around. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations for places to visit.
My stay was ruined by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms. The linens were not changed regularly and the bathrooms had a foul smell.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this beautiful riad. Loved the traditional Moroccan breakfast served every morning and the amazing rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our meals. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location in the heart of the medina made it easy to explore the city and was close to many attractions.
The shower was a bit of a disappointment as the water pressure was low and the temperature was inconsistent. the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and made it difficult to stay connected.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, providing us with valuable advice for tours and connecting with us on a personal level. The beautiful Moroccan decor added a touch of art and culture to our experience. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and we especially loved the welcome tea upon arrival. The staff always had smiling faces and made sure to ask about our day, making us feel valued and cared for. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back!
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Finding accommodation in the medina can be a bit tricky, but this riad in the north offers a distinct door and a sign. The location is convenient, with many sights and restaurants nearby. The communal areas are very well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern conveniences that don't throw off the authentic feel. Breakfast is delicious, and the rooftop terraces offer lovely views of the surrounding area.
The lack of flexibility in room assignments can be a problem, as one traveler reports a mix-up that was not satisfactorily resolved.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities of this place. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location in the centre of this city is excellent, with easy access to transportation, the mountains, and various places in a taxi down to town.
Couldn't stay longer.
